Nourishing Immuni-Tea Blend

A beautiful immune strengthening, adaptogenic blend containing herbs such as astragalus root, elderberries, stinging nettles, and others which help to support wellness and our ability to cope with stressors. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.
 
Dose: two heaping tablespoons per 8oz of water. Best extracted through decoction. To decoct your tea bring the water up to a boil, add your herbs to the pot, lower the temperature to the lowest possible setting and allow to simmer with a lid on for 20-30mins occasionally stirring. Let cool, strain, add your honey and lemon to taste, and enjoy!
